Over the past couple of weeks I've had the honour of having 2 little bubbas come to visit me in the clinic while their mum's came for a session.⁠
⁠
During these sessions there were times when the baby was sitting in the pram or lying on their mothers, and there were times when I was holding the baby and continuing on with the kinesiology session.⁠
It was so beautiful to share these moments with such precious souls.⁠
⁠
So all I want to say to all those beautiful mammas out there that may be doing it tough It's OK!⁠
⁠
💜 It's OK to feel tired and exhausted ⁠
💙 It's ok to take a nap whenever you get a chance ⁠
💚 It's okay to ask for help and ⁠
🧡 It's OK to feel all the different emotions that you feel ⁠

From one mum to another I just want to say this is probably the hardest thing you'll ever do in your life, but it is also the most rewarding thing you will ever do, and it will all be ok.⁠
