This workshop is designed to help you determine what is holding you back from real and lasting happiness. It expands on the tips from my books giving you more exercises to implement in your life. There is also the added benefit of me being able to muscle test exactly what your personal stressors are.
This is a fun and interactive workshop for kids from all ages from 4 to 100. I will go through some of the Brain Gym exercises to help you think more clearly on a day to day basis. Contact me if you would like to receive further information.
This workshop is designed to show you stress releasing techniques that you can use in your day to day life. There is a short meditation included in this workshop to allow you to experience real peace.
Carolyn’s 10 week visualization meditation course has given me the most precious gift, it has helped me to find a sense of Peace, which I desperately needed. I now understand how to find calm, how to take some time out for me without the guilt and what was blocking me in the past. This has been so very powerful. Thank you so much xx
On Wednesday the 27th of July, Arcare Caulfield residents had a special Guest Speaker- ‘Carolyn King’, who came in to talk to the residents about “BRAIN GYM”. The session was very effective and useful, as the residents learnt all new techniques and exercises in how to activate and use their brain to remain independent and more aware of their body. Carolyn was a hit! The residents loved her presentation as she made it fun and exciting with certain colourful exercises and really being resident and individually focused through the entire session. The Arcare residents were very impressed with the session and are happy to have Carolyn come in again any time soon. On behalf of the residents and myself, thank you Carolyn for sharing your knowledge and giving up your time to see our lovely residents here.
Our Women Making It Work Networking group had the absolute pleasure of having Carolyn give a presentation at our International Womens day event. She explained how Kinesiology can help with relieving stress and anxiety and the importance of balanced energies. We were taken through some practical exercises which can help to re- focus and relieve tension while we are busy at our desks. Many of us were surprised after participating that a few 2 minute actions had already made a difference in our range of movement and concentration. Carolyn was a joy to listen to, and I would highly recommend her to any group who would like an engaging speaker with a very interesting field of expertise.
Carolyn was a guest speaker at a networking event I hosted. She was extremely professional and insightful, teaching us all some great techniques. It was a fun and interesting talk and I would highly recommend anyone to attend one of her trainings or to see her as a client.
Carolyn is extremely passionate about helping as many people as possible find real happiness. She has an engaging and warm personality and a confident approach. I'm sure many people could relate to her journey and learn from the tools she provides. "Mum's Getting Through Shit" Panel - 2016
Hi Carolyn, Thank you so much for coming out today to facilitate ‘Brain Gym’ for our ‘Next Step’ participants. At Next Step ‘A Collaborative Approach to Employment’ - We assist young people with a disability by incorporating health and wellbeing in conjunction with life and employment skills. The exercises you taught the group today will be great tools to assist them with any stress and frustration they experience as well as their general health and wellbeing. The group especially enjoyed the ‘figure eight’ using the ribbon which they practiced again in class this afternoon. We are so grateful to you for volunteering your time to teach these skills.
