Meditation with Meaning – Personal Development Classes

Join us as we journey into your subconscious mind through a different guided meditation each week.
Classes are limited to no more than 6 and once the classes start no more can join to ensure everyone feels nurtured and comfortable.

Laughter Yoga Sessions

Laughter Yoga is a fun and effective exercise program that can be adapted for anyone and everyone’s wellbeing.  

It was brought to life by an Indian physician, Dr Madan Kataria in 1995, and brings together the deep cleansing breaths of yoga with playful exercises that simulated laughter. Practised in a group, with good eye contact, Dr Kataria found that laughter soon became natural and real. He also found that when hearty belly laughs were sustained for a period of around 20 minutes (interspersed with the deep breaths), amazing health benefits were enjoyed that have since been scientifically proven.

From a handful of people at the first session in Mumbai, Laughter Yoga is now practised in more than 110 countries worldwide and Australians have been laughing for wellness through Laughter Yoga since 2003.

The Human Wisdom Project

The Human Wisdom Project is an empowering new program and app that is simply based on observing the way our human mind functions.  There is no authority telling people what to think and how to behave. Rather it’s an invitation to ask questions and learn about ourselves. This learning leads to wisdom, which can be life-changing.

As a Certified Human Wisdom Coach, Carolyn guides you through a different modules each session to help quieten your mind and gain understanding and wisdom in your life.

Visionboard Workshop for Tweens and Teens

A vision board is a collage of visual images or words that represent the life you want to live. Quite literally, it is a representation of the vision you have for yourself.

This workshop is designed for tweens and teens to help them create a vision for their future. What better time than now to encourage them to start looking at what they would like to bring into their life.

During the workshop we will go through a meditation, learn some basic whole body muscle testing and then put together a personalized board filled with pictures and words to help inspire them.

Board and craft supplies are included but specific pictures or photos will need to be brought with you.

This is a fun, interactive and powerful session that helps set up your tween or teen for a successful future.

Make your own Body and Room Sprays

Do you want to learn how to make your own body and room sprays?

This workshop will be jam packed with information and will include:

  • Information about Essential Oils
  • How to energise water
  • The impact of words and symbols
  • A guided meditation
  • Basic muscle testing
  • Recipes
  • And of course you will get to take home your creation

Join us for a fun, interactive and informative two hours.

Includes the materials needed to create one spray you can take home with you as well as handouts.

Additional bottles will be available for purchase on the day should you wish to make more than one spray.

This workshop is designed to help you determine what is holding you back from real and lasting happiness.  It expands on the tips from my books giving you more exercises to implement in your life.  There is also the added benefit of me being able to muscle test exactly what your personal stressors are.

Brain Boosters – Building a Better Brain

This is a fun and interactive workshop for kids from all ages from 4 to 100. I will go through some of the Brain Gym exercises to help you think more clearly on a day to day basis. Contact me if you would like to receive further information.

From Stress to Serenity

This workshop is designed to show you stress releasing techniques that you can use in your day to day life.  There is a short meditation included in this workshop to allow you to experience real peace.
