I can honestly say that part of my healing journey, from depression into empowerment, was slowly stepping out of my comfort zone.

For me, my comfort zone kept me small. It kept me trying hard to 'fit in' and I constantly felt stiffled.

When I learned to lean into my self-trust, I began to follow my heart. I began to make small steps towards my dreams.

🩷 It starts with a willingness to change your life.

💜 Then it's all about finding the right support for you.

💙 And then, it's about taking action.

How can you begin to life your life for YOU?

🩷 Heavenly Prominence - Conception Vessel 22 🩷

This point invites your voice to soften, your truth to rise, and your words to become a reflection of the love you are learning to offer yourself.

As you rest your fingers here, breathe slowly and let your chest loosen.
Feel the pathway between your heart and your voice open just a little more.

💜 AcuAffirmation
I spoke only good, kind and loving words.

🦋 Powerful Self Inquiry
How can I show myself more kindness and love through the words I choose to use?

Let this be a moment of gentle recalibration. A reminder that every word you speak to yourself becomes part of your inner landscape.

Choose the ones that help you rise.

🌞 A simple ritual of self‑love and confidence to start your day 🌞

One of my lovely clients shared that every morning, as she heads out the door, she gives herself a high‑five in the mirror

(Thank you, Cheryl, for this gorgeous reminder!)

It’s such a simple act, but it sets the tone for the whole day.

It's a moment of self‑acknowledgment.

It adds a little spark of confidence.

And it's a way of saying, “I’ve got this.”

I have now started this ritual myself... before I start the day or before I head out the door... and it really does change my energy!

So I invite you to try this tomorrow morning - meet your own eyes, smile, and give yourself that high‑five.

Your nervous system will thank you, and your energy will rise before you even step outside.

I truly believe that life gets better when we question our thoughts and ask,

'How can I change my thoughts to those that empower me?'

💜🩷 Chakra & Emotional Alchemy🩷💜

People often think balancing their chakras is about fixing something broken, or patching over the parts of themselves that feel messy or uncertain. But the deeper truth is so much softer than that. Chakra work isn’t about correcting your flaws. It’s about remembering what was never lost in the first place.
Your energy already knows the way home.

It knows how to rise, how to settle, how to open, how to protect you, and how to guide you back into your own inner spaciousness. My work isn’t about teaching you how to “heal” your chakras. It’s about helping you listen to the wisdom that’s already living inside them.

This is the heart of The Chakra Connection - my book that has supported so many individuals in understanding their patterns, reconnecting with their energy, and finding clarity in the ordinary moments. If you’ve been craving a gentle, grounded way to come back to yourself, you can find it on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com.au/Chakra-Connection-Transforming-Connecting-Empowered/dp/B0GFW4SMJ4 (or link is in the bio)

And early next year, I’m opening the doors to my new power program - a deeper, more expansive journey into emotional alchemy, nervous‑system safety, and the kind of energetic clarity that changes how you move through your life. If your soul has been whispering that you’re ready for your next chapter, this program will meet you right where you are.

🩷 Your energy remembers.
💜 Your body remembers.
💙 You’re just coming home to it.

One of the tips I shared in my recent article in Wellness on Time is a bedtime ritual that will help you bring your body into a state of physiological safety and calm...

Create a Bedtime Ritual That Signals Safety

The moments before sleep are powerful. They shape how deeply you rest and how effectively your body repairs. A simple nighttime ritual helps the brain unwind and prepares the nervous system for restorative sleep.

Dim the lights and place one hand on your belly and one on your chest. Breathe slowly and imagine your whole body softening. Repeat a calming phrase such as “I release the day and allow my mind, body and soul to rest”. This practice supports emotional regulation, deeper rest, and overnight healing.

So yesterday was my birthday! Yep, I am now 52 years young. 💜

Every year, when it is the anniversary of my birth, I like to reflect on where I have been, how I have grown and where I am headed.

I am so grateful for my amazing family - my husband, kids and parents.

And I am also so grateful for all the amazing people I have connected with over the past year.

My mission, my calling is to truly help individuals realise that they can change the way the process the world around them. That they can choose to view things from the perspective of opportunity, growth and a little sprinkle of humour.

So my question for you today, is where can you change the way you view your world, to a more empowering and grateful perspective?
