Did you know stress can actually interfere with how you process the world around you? 🧠 It can block you from truly seeing 👀 and hearing 👂 what's happening—almost like your brain is running on half-power. ⚡⁠

That's why it's so important to recognize when you're feeling stressed. 🛑 Stepping away from important conversations or arguments allows you to clear your mind and reconnect. 💆‍♀️ Stress can also distort your perception, making it hard to trust everything you think you saw or heard in challenging situations.⁠

So how can you alleviate stress and regain clarity? 🌈 One of my favourite methods is Heart Hookups. 💖 Here's how you can do it:⁠

🌺 Heart Hookups: A Step-by-Step Guide 🌺⁠
⁠
Part 1:⁠
1️⃣ Stand up and stretch your arms forward, palms facing outward. 👐⁠
2️⃣ Cross one hand over the other and interlace your fingers. 🤝⁠
3️⃣ Bring your interlaced hands up to your chest. 💓⁠
4️⃣ Cross one leg over the other (it doesn’t matter which!). 🦵⁠
5️⃣ Take three breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. 🌬️⁠
6️⃣ Now, imagine each breath going into and out of your heart. Repeat this visualization for a few moments. ❤️✨⁠

Part 2:⁠
1️⃣ Undo your hands and place your fingertips together. 🤲⁠
2️⃣ Uncross your legs. 🚶⁠
3️⃣ Keep breathing deeply in and out of your heart. 💨💖⁠
