“Just finished reading your book & enjoyed it thoroughly. Meditation techniques are helpful since I find it hard to relax and switch off. Also highlighted that I too have held onto things from my past and that it still affects how I deal with certain people! I also confirmed that I have to stop thinking that certain people have deliberately set out to hurt me when I’m not actually the center of their world so why would they?
