I reached out to Carolyn to help Urvi, my 13 year old daughter. Urvi was having issues at school dealing with girls in her class. Carolyn agreed to have a session with her and it just worked like magic. Carolyn created such nonjudgmental environment that Urvi was able to open up her heart to her. Carolyn also taught Urvi some pressure points which she could use when under stress or at any time she was anxious. It was a phenomenal session and right after the session Urvi decided to start writing a gratitude journal which was suggested by Carolyn. Next day she came back from school all smiles which I had not seen for few months now. With holidays going on these days she is also working on her life vision board which she is thoroughly enjoying.
