🌟 How is your state of mind today? 🌟⁠

Can you improve it, even slightly?⁠

I've been through a lot over the past few years, and one common comment I often hear from my surgeons and specialists is,⁠
⁠
Wow, you are so positive. Positive things happen to positive people.⁠
⁠
You have healed really well, and you are moving really well.⁠
⁠
I've come to realize that staying positive actually helps us heal more quickly, especially when we see the world through the eyes of more gratitude and optimism. 🌈⁠
⁠
Now, I'm not saying that you have to be positive all the time. Sometimes we need or want to stay in a darker state of mind to process what is happening. The challenge is that the longer we stay in that state, the more our brain sees it as "normal" and reverts back to it as a default setting. However, when we work on improving our state of mind, we reprogram a NEW normal in our brain, making it easier to be positive. 🧠💫⁠

So, how can we improve our state of mind?⁠
⁠
🙏Ask yourself - What am I grateful for?⁠
⁠
💜Ask yourself - What good do I have in my life? For example, when I had breast cancer, I was so happy they found it! (Instead of thinking, "Oh no, I have cancer.")⁠

🚶‍♀️ Go for a walk⁠
⁠
🧘‍♂️ Meditate⁠
⁠
😂 Laugh—find something funny on social media or with friends⁠
⁠
🥰 Do anything that makes you feel better⁠
⁠

I love those Magical Moments in life when Synchronicity shows her beautiful face...

So, last night in my Meditation Group we were chatting about how everything makes a sound - things like planets, trees and plants - sharing their vibration with the world.

Now I know some may think this is a little 'woo woo' but HeartMath are actually studying this and this morning I received this email from them...

"Nearly everyone feels a deep connection to trees – they seem to embody wisdom that transcends words. Trees are more than just part of the landscape; they are living, breathing sentinels of the earth, communicating in ways we are only beginning to comprehend.

HeartMath Institute has developed a new technology that reads the electrical signals in trees and the surrounding earth. Then, it feeds those signals to the cloud, where they are processed and displayed. This new technology allows us to "listen" to nature’s hidden language – an extraordinary step toward deepening our understanding of the interconnectedness of all life.

We have handcrafted 100 tree sensors and currently have 64 live "sensor trees" actively gathering data in real time.

Our next step was to gather, analyze, and interpret the data from the trees and start to comprehend the messages the trees were sharing with us.

Data we have analyzed so far:
• Effects of sending coherent love to a tree
• A twin‑trunked Oak tree in Pennsylvania before and after a historic cold blast
• Seasonal changes in a tree’s circadian (24‑hour) voltage rhythms
• One Year of Electrical Potentials from a California Live Oak

As part of our research, the HeartMath Institute team created an experiment to explore whether sending heart-focused love could influence a tree’s electrical activity. A group of 8 people sent love and appreciation to one of 3 Sugar Gum Maple Trees for 10 minutes each day over six consecutive days. Participants sat in chairs about 10‑15 feet from the tree. The results were remarkable – Tree #4 (black trace below) showed an increased amplitude in its circadian rhythm, while the other 3 control trees did not change, suggesting a response to the focused heart energy of the participants."
