I know how debilitating anxiety, stress and guilt can be.⁠

❌ I haven't done enough today⁠
❌ When will I do this⁠
❌ I can't be bothered⁠
❌ I have too much to do⁠

And your brain / mind just keeps whirling around.⁠
⁠
To help alleviate that, try writing it down ✍️⁠
⁠
A diary can help you get things out of your head, help you feel better when you get to mark things off as done, and remind you of just how much you have gotten through. ✔️⁠
⁠
Try it today. and see how you feel in a few weeks. It's a great way to release things from your brain (which wants to remember things) and boost your sense of wellbeing by showing you how much you have done. This then increases the reward hormones in your body and helps you to feel more optimistic, resilient and motivated to keep going.

You can allow your mind to think about the question over a period of a few days, you can meditate on it, you can journal about it or for deep reflective personal growth and healing you can do all three.⁠

I deserve to be HAPPY⁠
⁠
When we are on a journey of connecting with more happiness in our lives, we first need to understand and accept that we do DESERVE to be happy.⁠
⁠
So often we take on beliefs that belittle us or prevent us from connecting with true happiness.⁠
⁠
Once we deeply know that we DESERVE to be happy, we then have the choice of how we see the world around us.⁠
⁠
Personally, when I was going through depression, I saw the world as an "unaccepting" place... I felt unaccepted by my peers, my extended family and the world at large. I always felt left out and that I didn't fit in.⁠
⁠
I know this is how many others feel, as I've seen it in my clinic and speaking with friends.⁠
⁠
The truth of the matter is, until we accept ourselves, we won't feel accepted by others.⁠
⁠
Until we accept our own uniqueness, we won't be able to thrive as the truly individual beautiful soul we are.
